Referee registration for Western United Cup 2026

Welcome to the 2025 Western United Cup Geelong Referee Registration Form.

Please fill out the below form. This information will assist tournament staff and referee coordinators to allocate referees to games.

The tournament will take place from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th April at Stead Park, Cuthbertsons Rd Corio. Home of Geelong Soccer Club.

Round Matches will take place primarily on Friday and Saturday between 9am and 7pm. Finals will take place on Sunday between 9am and 5pm.

All games are 2 x 15min halves.

Referee payments are as follows:
U8/U9: $30 per game
U10/U11: $35 per game
U12/13: $40 per game

Miniroos Rules apply for U8-U11, U12-13 Football Victoria Rules including offside.

Payment will be made via bank transfer 1-2 weeks after the event. please enter your bank details on the form. Please note we cannot pay cash on the day.

Please also list your referee branch and regular level of competition from the winter season (or most recent season) so we can ensure you are appointed to the appropriate level of matches. For example U12 NPL or Mens State 3 etc.

Please ensure you bring your official Football Victoria Referee Shirts of various colours.

No accomodation will be provided for this event .

Please read through the agreement below, and accept it. This is required to be able to carry on with your registration.

All referees must agree to the following terms and conditions
- I commit to attend all allocated games.
- I will be punctual to all of my matches.
- I will advise the referee coordinator ASAP if there are any issues or if unable to fulfil any of your games.
- Due to the number of games. Referee payment will be made via bank transfer 1-2 weeks following the event. No cash will be paid on the day.
- I will follow all instructions from tournament staff and notify tournament staff if I have any questions or issues.

Personal information

If the tournament wants, they are allowed to show my name in public, for example in order for other referees to choose me as a partner or in game tables in the tournament game schedule
